Dana (Grammy) - Our prep and charcuterie specialist. She is genuinely the most honest, strong woman I know and brings decades of wisdom to every dish she creates.
Jolene - Our wedding coordinator and event manager. She is a lover of love and won't miss a beat coordinating your next event. Don't be surprised if she tears up with you on your big day!
Chef Alyssa - Our versatile culinary expert who has honed her skills in numerous restaurants and trained alongside seasoned catering professionals. She's a master at the grill, creates incredible barbecue, and crafts desserts that will leave your guests raving. Her warm personality and tireless work ethic make her a favorite at every event.
Chef Armando- The youngest member of our family and our French cuisine specialist. Trained in classical French cooking techniques, he creates sophisticated menus featuring authentic French flavors and presentation. From intimate private dinners to elegant multi-course experiences, Armando brings fine dining expertise that will elevate any occasion.
